Practice As-You-Go
Is the court included for "Practice by Program"?
Yes, the price to "Practice by Program" includes court costs - you don't pay when you play. Only when you cancel a confirmed booking we will forward the cost for the cancelled court.

Can I cancel free of charge?
You can reschedule your sessions until 24 hrs before the booking, for a "Practice by Program" booking until 1h before (in such a case court costs will be charged to you).
Are balls being provided?
Yes, all equipment needed during the session can be provided. Missing balls are to be replaced by the player.
Does it cost to become a member to "Practice by Program"?
You just pay fee to have eight sessions in one month, court included (floodlights, cancellations not included).

To practice by program, do I pay something extra?
Only if you cancel a confirmed booking you will pay for the this court booking. You pay for floodlights if you choose to practice at night.

When do I get a refund?
You get a full refund should we not provide the service as booked, in cases of delay or a machine not working.
Errors of court bookings however are not our responsibility and hence not a reason for refund.
