SOLOtennis skills pyramid: Start from the bottom to reach top skill levels.
The top levels are built on the underlying fundamentals.
You complete the fundamental, basic stages and build on that to climb up,
step by step.
You cannot reach a higher level without going through the underlying block.
Feel confident at one level before reaching higher. If you fail in a higher level, fall back to the lower one to become stable again.
The four levels also represent phases of a game – from commanding basic tennis skills, to rallying, defending, and finally attacking, setting up points and finish winners.
